The Little Yarn Company endeavours to make returning an item hassle free.
A refund can be obtained on items returned within 14 days* of receipt.

Please note:
Refunds can only be issued by our Online Returns centre - you will need to return items directly to The Little Yarn Company Online within 14 days* of receipt of order.

*14 day return policy applies to online purchases.

  •  Online refunds will be processed to the original payment card or type.
  • We are happy to refund your items provided they are returned to us tagged, unused, with original packaging and are fit for resale and returned to us within 14 days of purchase for online orders.
  • Returns can be made on full or partial transactions.
  • We adopt a no-quibble policy to products with a manufacturing defect.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.


When returning your online purchase/s by Post or Courier, please follow these important Returns Guidelines in order to help us process your refund/exchange efficiently.

  • Ensure the goods are packed in their original packaging.
  • Complete the returns form enclosed with your order delivery and enclose with your items.
  • Alternatively, include the following details with your return: Customer Name; Order Number; Returning items Description; Reason for Return.

Then sit back and relax, your refund will be issued once the return has been received by us. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will refund you the original delivery charge in addition to the returns delivery charge. Please retain proof of postage. Please note all damages on receipt must be notified to The Little Yarn Company within 24 hours of receipt. This can be done by phone or email.

The original delivery charge will not be refunded if an item is unwanted. The above policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note all returns are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
